Gusainana is named after the God Guasai Dada which had a long austerity on a high and finally took mausoleum in the village. There is a temple on a cliff, a water reservior around it. The village was created by migration of KHOD family from rajsthan. Kaluram Khod was the probably first person to migrate some 200-300 years ago and make livelihood hood here. Currently, there is 10th generation of the living in the village. The village is also famous for land of COWS where one person Chaudhary Baluram Khod donated arround 200acre of his land for the expansion of COWs shelter and to create the jungle around the village. Over the years other caste people like bishnoi, mali, beniwal, Sharma also migrated to this village. It is pure Hindu village and language spoken here is Hindi and dialect called bagadi. Most People are engaged in farming activities. Other occupation here small scale business of general items, and other essential service to the local population. The people here becoming aware very rapidly and education level has increased in the recent years and as a result of which more people are going into govt services like haryana roadways, haryana police, Indian army, teaching, doctor and Engineering profession. Modernization is also taking place in farming activities where people are inclined towards fruits and vegetables than conventional crops.The village is last village of Haryana and have one side desert and on the other side water comes only in case of excess. This condition is challenging the people here to grow water efficient crops. Ch. Ramswaroop Khod is a notable and motivational person in this village who has dedicated his life to make people aware of new technology and modernization. He added the fruit Kinno to the village crop. He focused on the complete education of village and send his son to IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay for higher education.Being the last village, government hardly pays any attention to it's development and lack basic facilities like hospital, senior secondary school, play ground and any small or big industry. Overall it is a very prosperous village and people helping each other in difficult situation.
